How I Work
Before opening Figma, I identify what actually shapes the outcome: who has veto power, what legal won't approve, what engineering can't build on the current stack, and what timeline the business is actually working with.
I use AI to compress research synthesis, generate and stress-test design variations, and collapse iteration cycles from weeks to hours. The thinking stays rigorous. The timeline shrinks.
Healthcare gets extended contextual inquiry across shifts. AI compliance gets rapid prototyping with subject matter experts. I don't run the same five-step playbook on every project - the problem dictates the method.
I design for both speed and reality. That means solutions that survive legal review, clinical sign-off, accessibility audits, UAT, and phased rollout - while working within cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, stakeholders, and SMEs.
Experience
Led zero-to-one product design for an AI-enabled industrial compliance platform, taking the product from an undefined opportunity to a working product and paid enterprise deployment.
Served as the sole UX designer on Patient 360 across 9,000+ Walgreens stores. Reduced a 10-step workflow to two steps, increased medication adherence by 22%, and reduced labor costs by 30%. Generated $55 million in additional operating income during its first 12 months.
Product-design consulting across complex digital products. Completed the H3A pre-surgical assessment platform as a client project, increasing patient participation by 52%.
