Before opening Figma, I identify what actually shapes the outcome: who has veto power, what legal won't approve, what engineering can't build on the current stack, and what timeline the business is actually working with.

I use AI to compress research synthesis, generate and stress-test design variations, and collapse iteration cycles from weeks to hours. The thinking stays rigorous. The timeline shrinks.

Healthcare gets extended contextual inquiry across shifts. AI compliance gets rapid prototyping with subject matter experts. I don't run the same five-step playbook on every project - the problem dictates the method.
